Os Commerce checkout not disabled if google checkout is only payment method

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Os commerce installation with g/c as the ONLY payment method
2. Use OS commerce checkout button, not google button to checkout
3. Order created and accepted, but no google checkout transaction

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the OS Commerce checkout button disabled if google 
checkout is the only payment method.   (Ideally replace the os commerce 
button with the g/c button)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Have put it on the above forum
os/c v2.2
g/c v1.3RC2

Have also attached a screenprint showing the 2 buttons available - checkout & 
google 
checkout.  Problem happens when os/c checkout button is used - my argument is 
that 
it should not even appear as google checkout is the only payment method 
available

hi, for that u should patch the shopping_cart.php file to remove the regular 
checkout
button. search for the code where that button is added and remove it. u should 
also
patch the regular checkout first step, to avoid users to go directly to that 
page.

Hi, has anything been done about this, lately?  I,too, have only GC as a 
payment 
method.  I have the same problem - where buyers are met with a never ending 
loop (if 
they don't select GC) and a Payment Method box that says "This is currently the 
only 
payment method available to use on this order." followed by ....nothing.  There 
are 
no other methods....

Google traditionally has provided simple solutions to common problems.  Am I 
the 
only other merchant who wants to patronize GC exclusively and running into this?
