What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to new store in development located at: 
https://www.funender.com/store/
2. Click on any product and click on Add to Cart 
3. On the next page click on the Google Checkout button.  It will display 
the "Oops! We were unable to process your request." message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not sure what this question is asking.  I expect it to work :P

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Oscommerce 2.2 RC1 on linux Cpanel server

Please provide any additional information below.
Great script, I hope you can help me fix my problem.  You have a typo in 
the admin section for Google Checkout v1.4.5_CCS:

"(Checkout production environemnt always requires HTTPS.)"

Ah ironically I believe I found the cause of the problem after creating this 
trouble 
ticket.  When I disabled the option:

GoogleCheckout Carrier Calculated Shipping

It seems to work without the error.  However the shipping is not added to my 
total 
cost of products.

Hi, 

I am having the same problem....... with the sandbox version it doesn't 
connect... 
and with normal version I get " Opps.... "

My error is  " You have tried to post a trolley with an unknown Country Code:  "

I have checked my country codes in admin and they are ISO compatible! 

My shop is based in the UK....and I only ship to the UK....

Any help!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I had this same problem and realised that I hadn't set the Country of Origin 
field 
under Configuration > Shipping/Packaging.

It seems to default to 223 but when you edit the field you get a nice drop down 
list 
with the country names.

I followed all the instructions for the manual installation and got no where. 
Getting this ridiculous "buyCartButton" missing error !!!!!
