Problem on return from Google Checkout with Tax Setup #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout through GC and return to OSCommerce
2. All product prices are not shown excluding tax
3. If you then go to the customers account and set the address as primary
tax is then shown again correctly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see prices with Tax tax is now missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest IIS Server

Please provide any additional information below.

Country is correct in customers address details but default is not set !
