Existing OSC customers using GoogleCheckout doesn't work properly #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create a new user in OSC using e-mail test@test.com
2. Checkout with Google Checkout with account using e-mail test@test.com
3. Customer will be detected as "existing" and GC buyer_id and OSC
customers_id won't be linked in google_checkout table.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect that the google_checkout buyer_id would be linked to the
existing customers_id for existing OSC customers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Google Checkout osCommerce v1.4.5a on Linux (Debian SID)

Please provide any additional information below.

I've included a patch that might fix the problem... of course, I've many
other contributions and customizations that might be conflicting with this,
but it's probably a good reference regardless.
