Installed GCO and still not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uninstall GCO
2. Install GCO
3. Follow Readme.txt and installtion.txt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have GCO integrated with osCommerce and see GCO as a payment module, I do
not see GCO in the payment module, nor do I have it as an option on my site.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
osCommerce 2.2 with PHP4 &cURL enabled, Windows XP (Mozilla Firefox & IE7.0)

Please provide any additional information below.

I also get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: googlecheckout in
/home/zhmotors/public_html/catalog/googlecheckout/responsehandler.php on line

on line 126 starts the merchant id and merchant key information.
