Editing options for GC in admin turns up empty. #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When GC is installed on the admin side.
2. When the edit button for GC is clicked
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The GC edit screen 
allowing merchant id, sandbox/live input, etc..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? GC 
version 1.4.5 downloaded from google. Running IE on Vista 

Please provide any additional information below.
Please refer to image. I've tried to do the installation process twice and 
still the same outcome. As you can see in the image GC is enabled. This is 
what i see after clicking the edit button for GC.
