Calculated FedEx Shipping shows up as $1.00 #65

My platform is oscommerce. I don't know exactly how this happens but every
once and a while I get a customer who is able to get shipping as $1.00.

Anyone know how this happens?

I've had this same issue quite a number of times.

I'm showing $1.00 shipping charge on usps express and priority shipping. Carrier
calculated shipping set to True. Is there a fix to this issue?

I have had many order's with the same issue My only luck has been to explain to 
the 
customer and then send them a google invoice with the for correct shipping cost 
or 
refund them. were they can get overnight for 1.00

Is the original developer er monitoring this at all. This is an obvious 
problem, and
lots of people are having it. I've got 3 site that will give customers $1 
overnight
shipping whenever the carrier server times out. Plus you can't even disable the
shipping methods under Merchant calculated because it always reverts back to 
one.

Same, google checkout offers $1 shipping to about 20% of customers. On going 
bug that google definitely needs to fix.

Is anyone of you using the v1.5.0 build or the v1.4.5?
I am having this error on the latter build.
