I am using Network Solutions SSL and I came across something here with
other people having the same problem and it was marked as resolved so I
would like to know what the problem was and how to resolve it. I contacted
Network Solutions about the problem and this was there response:

Since the the domain name is not NSI hosted and at this time the link shows
"Shopping cart not obtained from session." there is no way to troubleshot
the issue from our location.
Have you spoken with support at Google to see if they are aware of any
issues with the NSI SSL certificate and their platform?
