What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deleting the confirmation receipt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I am the customer & I deleted the confirmation of receipt in error.  The 
shipper cannot be paid - what do I do now.  My credit card has been 
charged but they cannot get paid.
