Have country code come in as "United States" instead of "US" #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Order
2. GO into Admin/orders customer shipping and billing country shows as "US"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Customer shipping 
and billing country comes into OSC as "US". OSC uses country name 
of "United States". Google Checkout orders need to come in form 
country "United States"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? OSC 
2.2 IE6
