Supporting other JS runtimes is possible and shouldn't be very difficult. We'd

Could this use Google's new open source JavaScript runtime V8, which it touts
as its
"open source, high performance JavaScript engine"? It was created for use with
the
new Google Chrome, and they claim that V8 is a large reason why Chrome is
supposed to
be faster, and more efficient in handling memory and garbage collecting.
