Incorrect results of framework.process #76

Run framworkAPITest.gg.
Incorrect results:
1. foreground.processId and foreground.executablePath are all undefined.
2. getInfo(invalid pid) returns PID=1 Path="". Perhaps PID=-1 is a better
result.
