can not be built in fedora 9 successfully

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Download tarball
2.  ./configure
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have installed xulrunner-devel-1.9-0.60.beta5.fc9.i386,
libcurl-devel-7.18.1-1.fc9.i386 &  libxml2-devel-2.6.32-1.fc9.i386, but
configure did not found them.

I have the same issue.  I also have js-1.7.0 and js-devel-1.7.0 installed and
gstreamer-plugins-base-devel (which gets rid of the gstreamer-plugins-base 
message).
 But I still get the Spidermonkey and gtkmozembed showing up as missing.
