GPL code in the project #193

I noticed that there is 1 library distributed with guice-1.0-src.zip that
is actually a GPL project.

this file jarjar-0.9.jar inside \lib\build is actually from here
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jarjar/ and listed as GPL.

Will this make the whole thing GPL as well?

Following a link on the sf project page I found the project also
hosted on google code:

http://code.google.com/p/jarjar/

Here the license lists it as Apache 2.0

yes i see that, but those versions on the google site are later versions(1.0+)
the version shipped with guice is 0.9 which is under a GPL license

Google owns jarjar, so we're OK.

jarjar was created by Chris Nokleberg--feel free to contact him about officially
updating the license, but jarjar is a tool which is used on the code, not by the
code, so it wouldn't infect the rest of the code anyway. (IANAL)
