Running some ant task also on running "Run As Google Web application project" #264

I am looking for that how can i run some Ant task also when i go for the 
following command "Run  As Google Web application project".

Basically i want to compress my project jars and i need to run an ant task for 
this.How it can be done.

Thanks in advance.....please do post suggestions
