GWT: expression evaluation of Overlay types in debugger fails #95

To get the evaluation of overlay types working in the debug view, a patch to 
JDT is needed.

This patch has been written, but it needs to be pushed into JDT core.

I'm going to post the patched version of JDT for Eclipse 3.7 and 3.8/4.2 here 
so that people can try out this functionality. I'll also push to get the patch 
into the next version of JDT proper.
