Gmail, Google Contacts & Google Calendar : people should add calendar invitation by email but they just don't get it yet, help them #506

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put your Resume in a major jobboard (Monster in my case)
2. Wait for professional recruiters to give you job interviews
3. Read their emails as they confirm their invitation by email

What is the expected output? 
Those professional recruiters give thousands of job interviews by year.
So we should expect from them that they finally got the idea that it would be 
wise to add a calendar invite (.ics) in their mail and their contact data in 
the .vcf format
We then only have to clic two times, one to say that we accept the invitation 
(and it's stored in our google calendar and then synchronized in our 
smartphone), and another to 

What do you see instead?
95% of the time, they just don't get it, simply write the calendar detail in 
plain text
   "So, your job interview is to be held on january 1st 2014 at 4:20pm"
their contact data is in their signature or even in .jpeg file (!)

What do you suggest?
I should be able to make out a whole email or a selection of this a google 
calendar event
It would copy paste the whole email or the selection in the details section of 
the event
It would try to recognize the address of the event and, if it succeed, put it 
in the "location" field
It would try to recognize the date and time of the event, and, if it succeed, 
set it accordingly too
It would add the sender of the email in the "Invite members" field, so they too 
learn how to use a computer proprely :-)

Same thing with the contact data

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
