There was a bug in color difference calculation, should be fixed in revision 
e15c516edd2d

It is a strange name indeed, but this is how it is named by Resene 
(http://nzexplorer.co.nz/colour_swatch_library/preview.php?chart=Resene%20Multi-
finish%20range%20%28pre%202006%29&brand=Resene&name=Twilight%20Blue)
