Provide an L*C*h* Widget #74

I've got the impression that L*C*h* is more intuitive that L*a*b*.
Hence, I'd like to see it implemented in gpick.

The hue appears to reverse for some colors, eg #FF72B3 -- the LCH sliders show 
it as a pleasant blueish-green, while all other sliders are correct. Not 
posting as a separate issue because I suspect it's a simple fix.
