Expose Camera.rect's attributes #6

What specific programs, module, aspects should be enhanced?
Camera class should expose rect attributes, at least read-only.

What are the desired results of the enhancement?
Easier to use.

Compromise: screen_center and abs_screen_center. The view attribute provides 
the View object, which provides additional niceties.
