GridCellActionsPlugin enchancement, GridRowActionPlugin request #32

Hello,

Here are 2 extensions which I would be very happy to see in gwt-ext-ux
plugins list.

1. What do you think  about extending GridCellActionsPlugin, so that it
would wrap all functionality of original ext-js extension
(http://cellactions.extjs.eu/), especially interested in defining different
cell actions for each row in grid. At the moment I can only define static
cell action, i.e. same for all rows.

2. New plugin GridRowActionsPlugin, wrapping http://rowactions.extjs.eu/.
