Support for RowExpander plugin

I liked the plugin on ext's site showing RowExpander.  Are you planning on
adding this in?

I actually already have it ported, and am just waiting for Sanjiv to add proper 
plugin support before committing it.

I actually encountered some limitations with XTemplate that prevented this 
plugin 
from being useful for my particular application, and then was switched away 
from GWT 
projects at work, so unfortunately this plugin will probably never make it into 
SVN 
(at least through me). I'm attaching the code I've written up to this point 
though, 
if someone else wants to finish it up.
