refactor the project into modules #8

Structure I think would be good is this:

trunk
  -> gwt-links
      -> src
      -> ...
  -> gwt-links-demo
      -> src
      -> ...

Here's an example:

This saves me some eclipse setup .. btw, I have more suggestions on this front.
