Provide a sample to test an MVP application #126

The HelloMVP sample app from google tutorial is a good candidate to show people 
how to mock presenter, view and eventbus in order to test the results of the 
async methods.

For the sake of evaluating, I created some simple unit test using 
gwt-test-utils and mockito for HelloMVP. if I have time I'll create a easy mock 
version as well but I'm not that good with easy mock.

/src/main/java is pretty much untouched source from the download.

One thing I did notice at the view level is how much final methods there are 
that I want to verify.
