Feature : PlaceHistoryMapper support needed #46

Hello, i would like to be able to test my full application without to mock my 
PlaceHistoryMapper (two call per view).

Could you please add the createHandler with support of @WithTokenizers ?

After a long time, I've finally implemented the support for PlaceHistoryMapper 
and @WithTokenizer.

I just deployed new snapshots which include this feature : 0.36-SNAPSHOT, 
0.33.2-SNAPSHOT, 0.28.9-SNAPHOT, 0.25.6-SNAPSHOT and 0.22.6-SNAPSHOT.
