CSS bundle with gwt-PopupPanelGlass #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Including gwtupload in project with CSS bundle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If the application CSS bundle define .gwt-PopupPanelGlass : GWTupdoad CSS 
bundle override it... Please, don't define .gwt-PopupPanelGlass in your CSS.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gwtupload 1.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.
