FULL OUTER JOIN support #309

Please add support for FULL OUTER JOINs.

Postgres implements it so you can either peek into their source-code or ask 
their committers for advise on how to best implement this.

Hi,

This is already on the roadmap. I increased the priority, and it is now on top 
of the 'priority 2' list.
