Update for junit4.8.1 and hamcrest 1.3RC0 #2

I have updated the source code for junit 4.8.1 and hamcrest 1.3RC0. I'm not
quite sure what's the best way to handle the difference in the hamcrest
version between junit and the hamcrest package, though.

Feel free to include my path in the project. You need to replace the lib
dir with theese files: junit-4.8.1.jar, hamcrest-library-1.3RC0.jar,
hamcrest-core-1.3RC0.jar.
