Right click context menu item

I would love to be able to access menu items from inside open/save dialog
boxes by right clicking an empty whitespace area.

I was thinking this could work via a right click context menu item "hawkscope."

I was hoping you can access this context menu item anywhere simply by
rightclicking.

FolderView has the best navigation options, but hasn't been updated in
years and doesn't work with other operating systems.

Maybe you could gets some ideas from that project.

Found FolderMenu which does everything I need, but is for Windows only.

Perhaps hawkscope can use the same UI ideas from FolderMenu so that we can have
program that works on Window, Linux, and Mac?
