What enhancement are you proposing?

- Add Desktop and Programs Group Shortcuts

- Make sure GUIs are unique and setup/test Upgrade Support.

What version of the product are you using?

- v0.4.0.74

Marked Fixed for Revision 77.  Installer creates desktop and program files 
group and
removes them.  Also supports Major upgrades.
