Issue with a large number of clients and drawing the benchmarks graphs. #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- See e-mail from HayesK... basically he has 41 clients with benchmarks on
the same project.

- Comments from HayesK: The graphic is attempting to display every client
which has data on the WU, even though many clients have been inactive for
at least a month. Apparently the screen window was not wide enough to
display all the clients until stretched a little. Perhaps there could be a
flag to only display data for various time periods, say past 30 days, or
active clients.

- The problem with doing any kind of time frame filtering is that there is
no "date of last benchmark update"... it's just a rolling count of 300
frame durations... so something would have to be added to the persisted
data to support such.
