What enhancement are you proposing?

- Add capability to calculate bonus PPD for SMP Projects.  Even if I cannot
get the "k" value from a psummary page.  Possibly add functionality to
manually enter the "k" value for a specific project.  Once that value is
given, calculate the bonus PPD.

What version of the product are you using?

- v0.4.0.86

Initial support in Revision 88.  Double-Check and/or Finish the following items:

- Bonus PPD Displayed to user and written to CompletedUnits.csv in lieu of
standard PPD.

- Make sure Bonus Credit is shown on the HTML Output and written to the
CompletedUnits.csv file.
