Make the Queue Control a Scrollable Control #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- If the Queue/Log Viewer is too short... there is no way to scroll to the
remaining data in the Queue Viewer.

- Also, double check the behavior under Mono.  In their pre-baked VM it
seems to look fine.  However, running in Ubuntu 9.04 using the libs per
Sydney's guide... the Queue Viewer is being drawn too wide (this may become
it's own Issue).

- Possibly also save the Location of the Queue/Log Viewer Splitter when in Queue
Viewer "Show" mode.
