Unhandled Exception in Benchmarks Form when Project Information is not available. #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Open the Benchmarks Form and Navigate to a Project that does not exist in
the ProteinCollection.

- The problem is with the ZedGraph code... that why it has shown up in the
0.4.0 release.

Version Tested

- 0.4.0.86

Fix

- Make sure we've got Project Information before drawing the Graphs.

Marked Fixed for Revision 88.  The Graph is now just blanked out if the Project 
data
is not available.
