Benchmark Clients and Projects both scroll at the same time using the mouse wheel.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Open Benchmarks and you'll see Benchmark Clients All Clients  and a
project number both highlighted. Now scroll up and down with your mouse
scroll wheel. Both fields scroll up and down at the same time. 

Last Build Tested:

- v0.4.9.128

I don't really agree with this report.  When I enter the benchmarks form the 
client
selection combo box is selected, when scrolling with the mouse it changes to a
different benchmark client.  This causes the project list to be reloaded, so 
there's
no real way both could be scrolling at the same time.

However, I agree that it would be more useful to have the focus set on the 
project
list and not the client combo box upon entering the form, so that will be my 
"fix"
for this issue.
