What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Have a client running Bonus WUs in a 'RunningAsync' State.

What is the expected output?

- Reasonable bonus credit and PPD guesstimation.

Also using this EftByFrameTime Value with Clients in 'RunningNoFrameTimes' 
status.
