Add an option to "Disable" a Client in a HFM Configuration File. #96

What enhancement are you proposing?

Request from ChasR. Allow a Client to be marked "Disable". When a Client
is disabled, logs will not be retrieved but it will still be visible in the
primary UI (not sure how I want to handle the HTML Output).

Should give the Client its own Status Color to distinguish it from the rest
of the Clients that are active.

Should respect the 'List Offline Clients Last' option and be listed in
alphanumeric order based on Client Name AFTER any 'Offline' Clients.

I have decided NOT to implement this feature due to the fact that one can save
multiple config files. However, I am leaving this for now to remind me to
write an Issue to allow "merging" client settings from a second config file.
It would work something like this...

If a client configuration is already open and the user opens another
configuration file, HFM would then present a dialog with the names of the
client configurations available in the second config file. The user could then
select which clients to add to the current configuration. This would allow old
client settings to be retrieved with the need to manual manipulation of the
.hfmx files.
