Goo.gl shortener support #179

I've been messing around with the Hotot Short URL extension but I can't seem to 
get it to work with goo.gl.  Could we get support for their url shortener?

If this is being implemented, I would suggest also enabling goo.gl account 
support (so that the link not only gets shortened, but also gets logged to your 
Google account).

yeah i like goo.gl to be added too. It's my favorite URL shortener.

Bump for massive interest. Goo.gl is by far the very best short link service.
