Constant high CPU usage when full screen #467

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Hotot client (GTK and Qt versions both have problem)
2. Maximize window 

CPU constantly used around ~4% (on Intel i3 processor, about the same as xorg 
and compiz use..). When in windowed mode (even if window is stretched to 
maximum without maximizing window, CPU stays at 0% when window not used.

Version details:
Hotot - version 0.9.8.10 (Ada)
Linux 3.5.0-18-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP Fri Oct 19 10:26:51 UTC 2012 x86_64 
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Ubuntu 12.10
