Feature: Add the ability to resume current Games after disconnected (network) #15

The (next version of) server of PlayXiangqi.com already supports 
Resume-After-Disconnect feature. 
HOXChess should be modified (if required) to handle this new feature.

Note: As of now, HOXChess-1.0 can (partially) support the feature but there are 
some loose-ends 
that need to be taken care of.

... HOXChess users should be able to resume playing (after having been 
disconnected from the network).

*** I will need to do the same thing for the other web-based Flash client 
"ChessWhiz".
