hyk-proxy在firefox工作正常，在chrome不能打开所有https，在ie会提示证书不安全？

我用hyk-proxy0.9.4.1自己搭建的专用fetch，在firefox5下搭配autoproxy
下一切正常可以打开https例如https://encrypted.google.com/

然而在ie9下尽管已经导入证书依然提示：There is a problem with 
this website's security certificate 
尽管如此依然可以使用就是多很多点一下而已。

然而在chrome dev版下用proxy 
switchy！1.6.3下所有https完全打不开（注明：勾选了Use the same 
proxy server for all protocols）依然不行 显示：This webpage is not 
available
The webpage at https://encrypted.google.com/ might be temporarily down or it 
may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Error 202 (net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID): Unknown error.
求教原因
