Numbers in international format are not displayed correctly in phone.apk. #102

I am using ICS 7.3 with included kernel.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Phone.apk
2. Use T9 Dail to find the right contact and choose it
3. When Number is stored in international format ie +43 1234 56789 only 56789 
is shown as to be dailed.
4. Press dail and see the full number beeing dailed
(5.) removing one digit from the shortend number shows the full number in 
correct format

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be the complete number including prefix in the dail 
preview. (+43 1234 56789 instead of just 56789)

Have you found a workaround?  If so, what is it?
No, but as stated above the number is dailed correctly it is just displayed 
wrong.

What solutions have I tried?
I have tried a full whipe. The issue persists.
