Appaerantly that feature is completely removed from ICS so it's not actually a
bug.

How we can get this feature on sandwich?

Agree this feature was extremely useful in previous versions, gmail maintains
too many contacts that do not have phone numbers and this renders a contact
listing on the phone virtually useless.

This is ridiculously needed.
When I'm using my phone, why would I want to see ALL of my contacts? I just
want to see those I can actually contact phone to phone, be it voice or SMS.
This feels like something they striped off in Honeycomb for tablets and never
put back in ICS. :(

only way now is to GO TO PHONE DIALER, THEN CONTACTS

Shivaml.. - awesome! Thanks for that.
To everyone struggling with this same annoying bit, in the phone dialer, when
you click the contacts icon (top right) it first shows "Frequently Called" but
just below is "All Contacts with Phone Numbers"
Spread the world and love ICS all over again!
