Music randomly goes on max volume #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When the next song plays
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The volume should stay the same but it goes on Max.

Have you found a workaround?  If so, what is it?
Lowering the volume using the volume rocker

I had the same problem, but only while DSPManager or the built-in sound effects 
on Google Music were active.  Once I disabled those, the issue went away.  Was 
it the same for you?

Yes, I'm guessing any kind of sound effects trigger this, but for me I'm 
getting the same problem even without DSP Manager or etc.
