Load time weaving does not support instrumentation of classes already loaded #300

Applies as of r5322. 

The example in changeset r5321 demonstrates how load time weaving is
effectively ignored for classes which have already loaded. It only works
for classes which are loaded in the same module as the module containing
the aop.xml.
