imsettings-info can't pick up the XIM info when running on other locale #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log into the desktop with English locale say
2. install kinput2 and make sure if imsettings-list displays it
3. imsettings-info kinput2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
imsettings-info should displays the info for kinput2

The real bug is in imsettings-info. it doesn't use 
imsettings_request_set_locale.
this means the result is really up to the locale the daemon is running on.
