Need to Target Repository When Adding Reference Data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add referece data using Reference Data Editor
2. Reference data will be added (using Joseki) but the repository is not 
selectable or known

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If multiple repositories are avaialable, need to be able to select the 
repository reference data will be added.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0; Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Added Dropdown Boxes on ClassDefinition editor window
and Templatedefinition editor window
Also when a repository is not updateable then ok and apply buttons are disabled
