Show template inheritance at the class level in search and mapping windows #128

User Story:  In the iRINGTools Reference Data Editor’s “ISO 15926 Search” 
window and the iRINGTools Mapping Editor’s” ISO 15926” Search and 
“Map” 
windows the tree needs to incorporate inheritance when identify Templates 
available at a particular Class.  The depth of inheritance resolution 
should default to 3 levels and should be user configurable and saved in a 
profile.

The Templates that are directly on the target Class should be shown with 
one color and all inherited Templates should be shown in another color.
