What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try save an edit in a read-only repository
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A success message is shown instead of an error message.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Would be nice to disable the Apply and OK buttons until a writable repository
is selected.
