Application Editor problems

1) Renamed an application and clicked Update and Save. The new name was created 
as a new app, but the old name was still there too. Also got an error when 
selecting the new name in the mapping editor.

2) Deleted the new app that was created above, and saved. Got success message 
but the app was still there. Tried a different browser to rule out cacheing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3) When multiple database dictionary object are checked, delete will only 
delete one of them.

4) Disable buttons that are not applicable in the current context.

5) Don't allow database items to be added to the database dictionary more than 
once.

6) Validate project and app name when adding a new scope. Trim strings and 
don't allow empty names.

7) Newly added scopes should not be in the project and app dropdowns until 
saved.

8) Database dictionary Edit button
  a) enable only when one item is checked
  b) error msg after clicking Edit, then the edit dialog appears, then another error after OK
